At Fitness Outlet UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days to return items if you change your mind.
Warehouse Purchases - MUST Return In Person
If you bought from our warehouse/store, you MUST bring it back to our warehouse in person.
We cannot accept warehouse purchases by post.
To return:
- Bring the item to our warehouse during opening hours
- Bring your receipt
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- We'll refund you straight away
Online Purchases
You have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.
How to return:
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions
- Post the item back to us (you pay return postage)
- We'll refund you within 30 days of receiving it
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Complete with all accessories and manuals
- Customised items
- Items marked as "final sale"
Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours if your item is faulty or damaged.
We'll offer you:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement, or
- A repair (where appropriate)
We'll cover all return costs for faulty items.
Refunds
Online purchases: Refund processed within 30 days of receiving your return. You pay return postage (unless item is faulty).
Warehouse purchases: Immediate refund when you return in person to our warehouse.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
