Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fitness Outlet UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days to return items if you change your mind.

 

Warehouse Purchases - MUST Return In Person

If you bought from our warehouse/store, you MUST bring it back to our warehouse in person.

We cannot accept warehouse purchases by post.

To return:

  • Bring the item to our warehouse during opening hours
  • Bring your receipt
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • We'll refund you straight away

 

Online Purchases

You have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.

How to return:

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number
  2. We'll send you return instructions
  3. Post the item back to us (you pay return postage)
  4. We'll refund you within 30 days of receiving it

 

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Complete with all accessories and manuals
We cannot accept returns of:
  • Customised items
  • Items marked as "final sale"

Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours if your item is faulty or damaged.

We'll offer you:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement, or
  • A repair (where appropriate)

We'll cover all return costs for faulty items.

 

Refunds

Online purchases: Refund processed within 30 days of receiving your return. You pay return postage (unless item is faulty).

Warehouse purchases: Immediate refund when you return in person to our warehouse.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
