Straight barbells force your wrists and elbows into an unnatural position during curls — that's fine for a while until it isn't. The angled cambered grip on this EZ curl bar puts your hands at a more natural angle, taking the strain off your joints so you can focus on the muscle. Chrome-plated steel construction keeps it rust-free and looking sharp.

Standard 2-inch Olympic sleeves fit all your existing Olympic weight plates, bumper plates and fractional plates. Knurled grip across the centre stops the bar slipping during heavy or sweaty sets. At 7.5kg it's light enough to use for warm-up sets and rehab work but solid enough to load up for serious curls, skull crushers, close-grip presses and upright rows.
